Underwhelming benefits. Insurance is expensive for people with families. 401k is not an option because pay is already so low. The once-a-year bonus is so measly that I could complete an art commission that requires one day's work shift for more money. Vacation is heavily monitored, despite the fact they allot you a certain number of weeks based on how long you've been with the company. Under 1 year and they restrict when you can take it. For those who manage to get past 2 years, the PTO weeks they -do- give you cannot be taken consecutively unless you garner Regional Manager approval (and she only gives it 50% of the time, and only if you disclose that you're going out of the country for vacation - something that is, frankly, none of the Company's business).
