Great benefits for full time team members, including paid time off, employee discounts, Health and Legal Benefits as well as 401 k. Good bonus programs when the store achieves their sales plan, on top of commission.

The benefits are a little on the pricey. They medical, vision, dental, 401k, short and long term disability and life insurance. They also have free life insurance equal to 1 year salary and free short term disability.

Very competitive benefit packages. You can add additional coverages as well.

The health care packages offered were decent, bison and dental coverage and the 401K matching was offered if you stayed with the company at least 5 years.

No payout of vacation when you leave. All is “earned”as you go in the year, so in February each year you start with nothing until you have accrued time,

Good overall package - medical, dental, vision, 401K, etc.

The best part is the incentive trips that you can earn. The have a good benefits package with 401k match of 50 cents on the dollar up to 6%.

Underwhelming benefits. Insurance is expensive for people with families. 401k is not an option because pay is already so low. The once-a-year bonus is so measly that I could complete an art commission that requires one day's work shift for more money. Vacation is heavily monitored, despite the fact they allot you a certain number of weeks based on how long you've been with the company. Under 1 year and they restrict when you can take it. For those who manage to get past 2 years, the PTO weeks they -do- give you cannot be taken consecutively unless you garner Regional Manager approval (and she only gives it 50% of the time, and only if you disclose that you're going out of the country for vacation - something that is, frankly, none of the Company's business).
