When I first joined the company, we had Wellness Days 2x a month that the whole company would have in addition to our unlimited PTO. Shortly after, Signifyd started offering a 4-day workweek to all its employees globally. The days don't feel longer, and with the cut back of meetings, we still have enough hours in the week to complete our tasks/projects. This has truly been a game changer for my overall wellness and mental health.

Signifyd provides an average overall package for employees. There is a 401k match and health options are in line with a standard CA company, so remote workers probably see a better than average package. Overall pay, I believe, is a little below industry average. Signifyd moved to a 4-day work week and overall this is positive. However, there is still a need to balance needs of the business to work/life balance. I believe 2023 will iron out the wrinkles. Following the pandemic the decision was made to remain remote, for the most part, and the company does a nice job collaborating despite lack of physical touch points. Overall, strong culture.
