There is a 401k plan and we're a startup! Does no one realize how insanely generous that is? Seriously, have had no issues with any of the benefits.

I was hired as an intern so I was not benefitted by the below perks. Those were offered only to the full-time employee.
No 401K match. Unlimited PTO was excellent, but we were leaned on to not use it.
They don't match 401k. Insurance is expensive.
Standard benefits package. Probably won't get to experience it due to the high turnover rate at the job here. The benefits package is nothing special at all.
Base salary is very low for NYC. Most reps don't hit quota, so they don't make commission. You only get health insurance after 3 months once you graduate the training period.

The benefits package is great at Signpost, but for sales representatives it doesn't start for two months. They don't try and hide that, but it is annoying for your first two months to not have coverage.
