    Unlimited PTO. Great snacks. Taco Tuesday. Health insurance could be better. Wish they matched in 401K but they make up for it in stock options if you stay long enough.

    The benefits at Signpost are very reasonable. 401k and the basic insurance everyone needs come once you've been an employee for 60 days. There are plenty of financial incentives and benefits incorporated in other ways at this workplace as well.

    You don't get any of your benefits for 60 days, in which you would have had to reach quota to claim benefits.

    Thank you for your review - we always appreciate hearing from our current and former employees and want to make the Signpost experience as exceptional as possible. To help clarify your note on benefits at the company, we offer a two-month sales training program to help get new employees set up for success as they start with our team. Once employees graduate their 60-day training period, they then become eligible to enroll in all of Signpost's benefits as opposed to needing to reach quota to claim this. This can also be achieved before the 60 day mark for employees who graduate the training program sooner.     Employer covers a great deal of health insurance. Rolled out unlimited PTO and then scaled it back to 20 days. No 401k match. Benefits are decent
