they have a great benefit package
Unlimited PTO. Great snacks. Taco Tuesday. Health insurance could be better. Wish they matched in 401K but they make up for it in stock options if you stay long enough.
Realistically it has it all -> 401k, stock options, full benefits (and good at that), an engaging and casual workplace environment, endless growth opportunities... should I keep going?
The environment and team/family mentality. Everyone wants everybody else to succeed.
The benefits at Signpost are very reasonable. 401k and the basic insurance everyone needs come once you've been an employee for 60 days. There are plenty of financial incentives and benefits incorporated in other ways at this workplace as well.
Unlimited PTO and free snacks, coffee, and breakfast once a week
You don't get any of your benefits for 60 days, in which you would have had to reach quota to claim benefits.
Employer covers a great deal of health insurance. Rolled out unlimited PTO and then scaled it back to 20 days. No 401k match. Benefits are decent
I was hired as an intern so I was not benefitted by the below perks. Those were offered only to the full-time employee.
No 401K match. Unlimited PTO was excellent, but we were leaned on to not use it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
