It's a pretty standard package. 401K, health insurance, an FSA, and help with the phone bill and commute expenses. Only 15 days PTO to start with no sick leave, which isn't great, but they do give 12 paid holidays, including the whole week between Christmas and New Year's, which makes up for it.
