I was part time, so there are not really benefits but for full-timers, you get the usual insurance stuff, and decent holidays. The benefits were not terrible but not remarkable either from what I heard,

Medical has a very high deductible, but low monthly payment. Good if you are making low wages, but if something seriously goes wrong, you are stuck with a lot of medical bills.
