Excellent package. Very flexible and cost is reasonable for a smaller company.
Good compensation, health insurance but no 401K match
For a small company, great health and dental coverage/rates. Lots of perks (rec room with ping pong, darts, corn hole, video games), free snacks, office-wide lunch at least once a month. Management is pretty flexible about work schedules, just get your work done. Vacation time is decent (3 weeks for new people). Wish there was a 401k match.
SilverRail offers a generous number of vacation days. This combined with the ability to have a flexible schedule make for a good work-life balance. While they have a 401k, it would be nice if there was company matching.
Everything is okay/good - nothing really that bad, or for that matter great. Area to improve is cost/selection of health care providers/packages but again nothing that's a huge concern.
