Amazing company, what I have noticed seems to be older employees pissed off about being removed for poor performance from one of the best companies in NH.

The benefits are awesome for someone at my position in life. I don't go to the doctors often and I live a healthy lifestyle, but hope I don't get injured to bad, because then it might cost me more. It's nice having 100% coverage for everything and a reimbursement program, but I also don't have a family or young ones. I don't know how it would be if that were the case. 401k match is plus too. Easily get time off when needed, although you don't earn a ton over a year (2 weeks). Other benefits include a fun culture, destination holiday party, fun, games, BBQs, beers at the weekly company fireside chat, bi-weekly take out lunch provided, flexible working from home (but not all the time), good people.
The outsourced healthcare company is terrible and bad at losing paperwork.

401K matching program is nice. There are no sick days, staff must take a vacation day when sick causing sick staff to come in and get others sick so they don't have to take time off.
