Great and fair benefits plan
Nothing satisfactory whatsoever when it came to benefits and the leaf
all the benefits are good except paid time off and no sick days
Working at Silverleaf Resorts Inc. was wonderful because it was in a great location, they appreciated their employees by giving incentives such picnics, lunches, bonus, spiff and celebrated employees birthdays. They had a great benefits package as well, which included tuition reimbursement (when I first started). I was allowed worked as many hours as need to complete a project and I was promoted 5 times within the company.
No 401 K or pension plan. Able to say at the resorts for little or no cost.
No matching 401k. Insurance was still very expensive for employees. Work weekends. Time off frowned upon.
It was extremely overpriced for not so good health insurance. Not affordable for a family at all.
There is no benefits package except for PTO.
No benefits package included in Part-time job
you could accumulate your paid time off and take it whenever andc if you was let go or quit they will pay you out any remaining paid time off.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
