Unlimited PTO! Really, Unlimted PTO. I think it's a privilege for the company to offer this. Everyone is respectful of this benefit and it's a testament to the quality of people working at Silverline.

401(k) match. If you contribute 5%, they'll match 4%. Cell phone bill paid reimbursement up to $125/month Unlimited Paid Time Off (though, most people only take 2-4 weeks) Work from home after first year. Partial work from home after first 3 months

They recently changed plans, it has a great app, but the Vision insurance got a little worse with significantly fewer providers in network.

Unlimited PTO and flexible work day are two great benefits of working at Silverline. There are also a lot of perks such as swag and travel to NYC for large company events like our annual holiday party.

Best part of the benefits package has to be the unlimited vacation.

The best thing is the broad scope on offer for all employees from day one and the immediate vesting on the 401k. The least desirable thing is that health benefits are more attractive for a younger workforce, but the company has responded to employee requests to review this aspect.

Health insurance is ok, a bit pricey. Dental is really high for minimum coverage and offers no ortho. Vision is very reasonable. 401K is awesome in that Silverline matches 4% (at one's 5% contribution). That is great!

They try to compete with the best and most leading-edge offerings, but often the size of the organization restricts what is fiscally possible.

Too many company perks to mention in 20 words or less. Fortune 500 Benefits for an Inc 500 company. Unlimited Vacation Days is great. Gym, Telecom and Commuter benefits as well.
