“BCBS of MA. Excellent provider network. Copays and coverage are excellent. No real issues”
“give you a 401k plan that you can opt in or out. unsure about the details”
“3 weeks of holidays. Might be possible to work remote if you are an expat or to work temporary in another office if you need to be close to someone ”
Great healthcare plan - no deductible
Best: global rotation program after a few years at the firm Worst: paternity leave not comparable to others
bad benefits on 401k, no other extra benefits
Pretty much everything you could ask for - health, dental, vision, disability, 401k
Best thing: Transportation and meal (when travelling) expense If you are in the office and staffed on 2 different projects, then you can't expense meals! Yes, you would be working on 2x more projects and your colleague might expense dinner if he is only staffed and one project, you would then watch your colleague eat while starving.
Pros are that there is a lot of flexibility and understanding leadership that will make it work depending on your needs.
Good health insurance and matching 401k
Good medical benefits and company pays 75% of the premium. Pretty good time off policy. Good commuting benefit.
Great health insurance, 401-K match up to a limit, great perks on travel
free unlimited healthy snacks worst: doesn't pay you more if you work on weekends or have to travel on weekends
