Benefits package overall is fairly standard. However, if working in the field, you work most holidays and many weekends. It is also difficult to take the standard 2 weeks PTO accrued because of the amount of work to do and long hours required.
Simon Property Group has amazing benefits. Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, 401K and Personal Days. They also send a surprise birthday gift to managers and Omaha Steaks gift box during holiday. Employees celebrating 5 year increments of employment receive additional gifts and accolades.
Benefits offered are at the minimum to keep with market.
Health Insurance, 401k match, and vacation seem to be comparable to other companies in the marketplace.
The benefits are average for a company of this size. There is 401K matching; however, it's fully vested after 5 years. The worst part about the benefits package is not being able to work from home.
Pretty good medical package. HSA or traditional options. vision, dental and 401k with matching.
Benifets are expensive but overall are good
Decent benefits, eye insurance pretty good.
Bonus is budgeted at 50%, you will not earn your full potential. PTO is standard but is not keeping up with industry or marketplace. Health benefits are just Okay. 401k is 3% of pay and 50% of the following 2%, which is a joke. No ability to buy into stock or given stocks as incentive.
