Great health insurance & good 401k match. A lot of random benefits I don't know if anyone uses. Very little time off/sick time.
great eye insurance, 401k, dental. I'm not on the health insurance plan given so I can't say much about that.
The health insurance is good. The vacation time is not great compared to others in the industry.
As a new employee, you get 10 days vacation, which isn't increased to 15 days until you've been with the company 5 years. Decent health insurance (dental and vision), and a company match on your 401k contributions up to 5%.
While there's a 401K match, it's lacking compared to other publishers (3.5% for the first 5% in contrast to 1 to 1 matches) and vacation isn't great. When I hit my 5th anniversary, I was told that I had already been given an increase in vacation time so wouldn't be getting one as specified by the corporate policy. My original increase in vacation had been the result of a counter offer, so this effectively penalized me for staying with S&S. Editors could work from home but other departments could not.
good health insurance, strong 401k match

Good options for health benefits. Decent 401k program. Managers have option to let employees work from home if need. Some staff does work from home.
