At Simplus, we strive to make complex things simlpe. With the in mind, Simplus has created an employee benefits package that is simple, sustainable, and competitive for both you as an individual, and your family.
The dental insurance is great! Very affordable and great coverage
Great benefits overall including 401k and HSA match and unlimited PTO. The benefits just keep getting better year over year as the company grows
Unlimited PTO, competitive benefits package that could use a bit more tweaking to be really great. New HSA match is awesome!
Simplus continues to add benefits for employees. The only downside for me is the new 401k plan, specifically the lack of index fund options. We do, however, have a nice match.
They pay full single cost of insurance.
Health: Over $1,000 for benefits each month for a family plan with no bells and whistles. PTO: Unlimited in that there is no official limit, not unlimited in that professional services management only allows 2 employees per day to take PTO, including summer and holidays Stocked Breakroom: Hope you like string cheese and milk-less cereal. Maybe cheese could be your dairy with the cereal. Stock: If you can't find a tech company around here willing to give you a better-looking options package than Simplus'... The benefits are those of an average, cash-strapped start-up. A lot of the reviews are too 😃 (obviously fabricated). They will claim that benefits improvements will be made, more options available, etc., but ensure you can live with the current costs, because change is slow.
Unlimited PTO, Stock Options, fully stocked and maintained break room, and the option to work half-day on your birthday while receiving full-day pay. Simplus does a great job of taking care of their employees!
General Medical+ Pharmacy, Vision, Dental. One of the plans offers an HSA. No option for "self plus one" insurance, so if it's just you and a spouse or you and one child, you still pay the family rate, which is more than one person x 2.
Unlimited PTO, Stock options and a fully stocked break room!
Unlimited PTO but health insurance coverage too expensive and not sustainable from an expense perspective. You are pretty much paying for everything out of pocket. Beware
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
