They contribute a good amount towards health insurance compared to a lot of companies. They also offer good profit sharing, which is a huge plus. Overall it is a good company to work for if you can avoid company politics.

Through the three or four employers my husband has had, my medical/dental/vision insurance with Simpson is always better! Their benefits package is very robust and cost to the employee is much lower than most companies.

Health Insurance is Aetna. They offer 2 plans. Premiums are very low. Dental insurance is $2000 per year which is unheard of now days. You have to stay with the company for 6 years before you are 100% fully vested. They will not negotiate on vacation time, everyone starts out with 2 weeks up to 5 years of service. They will not negotiate on salary. Quarterly bonuses. Generous sick time which you can roll over indefinitely.
