Very generous benefits. 401K matching up to 6%, excellent health care benefits, profit sharing after 1 year. Top tier pay for transport drivers. 2 week vacation after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years. Overall great benefits. Cons: none that I have seen. Worked here for 3 years.
