Summer fridays, good insurance and dental, 401K match - no real work from home policy.
Benefits are TERRIBLE, They use VSP, PPO, and Aetna
Best - PTO (15 days to start), additional sick & personal days; Paternity Leave and free subscription to SiriusXM Radio Worse - bonus structure is 100% discretionary (no structure)
I don't get benefits.
It's ok, Entry level could be a little better. But you have to start somewhere. Never settle once you're in. After your first year, start applying within the company. Also, keep your skills sharp. Pay attention for what programs they use so you can get started on your next move. Oh, What is the best or worst thing about the benefits package at SiriusXM? The best thing is that the name shines brightly on your resume and discounts. The worst, no benefits.
Great health insurance! Lots of time to earn comp days and accrue vacation time. Great Maternity & Paternity program.
Benefits are pretty good at Sirius XM. Standard. $20 co-pay for a doctor visit. $50 for urgent care visit. Good dental and eye doctor.
It was great benefits
Pretty standard benefits package, and lots of discounts on things like SiriusXM, mobile, cars, entertainment (movie tickets, Broadway tickets, etc), city passes, and the like. Pre-tax commuter benefits were great because of the rising costs of train tickets in/out of the city
Good healthcare choices and 401K plan, also stock options were an added bonus for some, but not all employees. Some employees are allowed to work remotely, but it depends on manager, which was great if you were allowed to do it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
