The benefit's cost for what you get doesn't get much better. I think it's due to the lower than average age of employees overall and it's a lean, hardworking group. Medical deductible is low, the total out of pocket is low, plus the network was broad and still offered a plan with co-pays for various office visits.
I only worked in a part-time capacity therefore have little insurance, 401k, ect. knowledge. But employee discounts are great!
Good benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, life, and disability. Generous maternity/paternity leave and long term sick leave. They will not pay for relocation, however. One free radio subscription per employee (satellite or online). On Fridays during the summer you can leave a few hours early.
