pros: Company matches 401k, hsa contributions (huge), gym reimbursement, solid healthcare package, competitive salary package cons: no tuition reimbursement
I feel like I’m visiting my parents when I’m at work. There’s so much good quality food and drinks here. Office has beer keg, board games and ping pong table, which employees regularly use with management.
Love the coming up for air weekend and the fact that the company is doing a lot to connect people from different departments in different cool and fun activities. They now introduced gym reimbursement which is awesome!
Comprehensive medical plan, the lowest I've ever paid for a PPO in recent companies. Added acupuncture coverage this year which is the first time I have ever experienced this at a company. Low copay's and 100% coverage on labs/x-rays! FSA, HSA, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, EAP, Tele-Medicine. AND Gym reimbursement!!!
-very good healthcare benefits -401K match is new and i've seen stronger at other places. This will need to change as company grows, all other benefits and perks are very competitive
They just added 401k matching. Superb! Great benefits on-par (better in some cases) then other high-growth startups.
OK Health Insurance, Stocked Kitchen, Nice office space, Central to all major transportation in/out of Manhattan
Benefits are great. The office has an amazing vibe with cool meeting places packed with snacks and drinks. Vacation and health benefits are at the top of the scale.
Best is 401k and we are working on getting a match, this is unheard of for startups. Worst is vacation days, but again, typical of startups.
They are very flexible with you if you need to work from home.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
