It’s nice to have an employer who works with their employees when they need time off for family needs.
It is bad. My husband gets more paternity leave(paid) than I do. I'm the one going through labor. And they will try hard to find a reason to deny you maternity leave
I do not know but my coach was with child and she just recently had her baby so she currently is on maternity leave
a request would have to be entered via phone and faxed paper in order to see if eligible for leave and the extent of leave.
have not dealt with this issue but give everyone about this company is it the minimum that they are allowed to give you by law
Horrible. You either hoard whatever PTO you have and when it's used up take Short term disability. This is only works if you are exempt (salaried).
