Great health insurance, dental and vision, option for 401K. Other benefits like discounts on phone service providers.

Good Benefits? You get good benfits? Wish I did when I worked at sitel. That, and bring undepayed for my experience, were 2 of the many reasons I left Sitel for a better Job.

No benefits are offered because I am a seasonal employee. Seasonal employees do not get benefits unless asked to be permanent.

They offer work from home for select individuals. The 401(k) is not matched. They have horrible health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance. Job training is only the initial training, there is no regular up-training. There are very few upward mobility opportunities and you must be involved in the right cliques to get them.

Decent health coverage but it is expensive and really hard to get any information about what is included from Sitel. On site HR is a joke.

You don’t get any of this unless you’re full time. Contract full time doesn’t count. 99% of the time they hire you on a contract probably to avoid paying out benefits.
