The benefits packages are average with high deductibles. I paid for my benefits for several months and they never sent me my ID card for insurance to go to the Doctor. Calling gets no response. You sit on the phone for over an hour and nobody answers.

The worst thing about the benefits is EVERYTHING!!!!! we do not have any benefits or even health care. Most of the employees there do not have health insurance and they do not offer it

You have the ability to earn PTO the longer you are there, but it can be difficult to take it when you want to. There are "blackout dates". The company perks/benefits are nothing you can't find from free sites online. There wasn't anything unique or proprietary to Sitel. The health insurance was too expensive and wouldn't be available for several months of full time employment. There is no real sick leave. You receive demerits for missed shifts. You do have the opportunity to trade shifts but if you can't find someone, you're still on the hook. If you get 5-7 demerits, they fire you. Not a good place if you are the primary caregiver of children.

You can work barefoot and do not have to drive anywhere, other than that expect to talk to customers without being trained.
