has a variety of options and coverage; its outsourced so any questions you would have to call someone which could take some time and it was difficult to understand them.

The best thing about the benefits was the PTO was offered after 90 days. The company does offer medical, dental, and vision but it is expensive. Of course you have to be a full time employee to receive the benefit package.

Small period for enrollment dates for medical benefits packages with very long periods of time between each one. Communication to employees about these dates when upcoming could have been improved upon

Its thru United healthcare and I have had no problems getting anything paid for or approved. Downfall is this year the cost went up over 100 so for a family of 6 I am paying 331 every 2 weeks.

No benefits for 12 months. Not very good coverage. Dental is worthless. Some people can work from home if they live 50 miles from a call center.

Expensive and little coverage. Terrible insurance.

The best thing is that you are allowed pay into 401(k). The bad thing is that health options are limited. Paid time off is fair, but you do not accumulate vacation or sick days.
