The provide the "standard" benefits package. 401K (match up to 6%), Health, Vision, Life ,etc. Supplemental (not paid) insurance options offered.

When your scores average above a certain amount, you get a $200 bonus... but it's before taxes so it is not as great as it seems.

You get paid time off by the hour after a few months of working. After one year, you're eligible for benefits that aren't worth it.

Well, you DO have the option to enroll for benefits, BUT the package is horrible. It's EXTREMELY lack and EXTREMELY expensive. You have to make a decision right then and there, they offer no printed material that you can take home and take time to understand and choose. ALSO, if you are married, they do NOT want to cover your spouse/domestic partner! They have a little quip written in stating that if your spouse/domestic partner has the option of benefits at their job, then they must go through their own job for benefits and Sitel will NOT cover them!
