    This is a good benefit, however the senior EE's should get to accrue more time.

    You don't start earning for 6 months. Amount increases with tenure but caps out at 10 years.

    The company gives about 2 weeks a year in pto but it has to be earned but they are so strict on when it can be used. No pto was approved during black out dates like the holidays mostly.

    What good is vacation time if every single time, and i mean every single time it is requested you are told NO because of business reasons and are denied. Then you take it off anyway and get a point against you. Making you look like a bad employee. What good is the benefit. And take a week off. Heck, I am talking about trying for three days in a row and I cannot even get that.
