They have holiday parties, free ride nights, sneak peaks of new shows and attractions. They recently rented out a movie theater for employees to see the new Star Wars movie for free.

They have random days that workers can go in and ride rides and get free hotdogs. Also a day where exclusively workers can view the haunted houses for free. Also there's a cool social event if you get "service superstar" where you get an award, food, and socialization with top management. I wish I had used that opportunity to network better but I was going away to college.
