The worst thing about Six Flags in you sometimes get a 45 minute break or also you can’t get trained at other rides.

For Full Time Employees the benefits are better than most companies.

“We got a percentage off food and some items throughout the park. Plus free tickets for friends and family.”

Company perks were by far my favorite... we got free passes for friends, and after working so many hours, we got a sticker for our employee badge, which allowed us to come visit with a friend free on any day we didn’t work.

The only perk you can really get is free entry in the park to yourself and a guest. They rarely offer anything else.

The best benefits were free soda when you went to the lunch area. The worst was how harsh they were regarding using phones and handling money.

Six Flags doesn't really have a benefits package, but they do discount items on the park if you're an employee. You also have free access to the park using your Six Flags ID, alongside several on-park benefits like flash-pass and more.

Free entry to the park at any time. Nice discounts. The worse thing was probably that we had to buy our uniform.

No really good benefits for adults. just free entrance to the park.
