PTO is flexible and management will give you days of when you need them. Training in Florida 1-2 times a year with payed flight and hotel and they allow you to set your off days so you can get a little vacation time in as will. Health insurance comes in different levels, from very basic to very comprehensive. None is for free, but the cheapest one very inexpensive. The top option is very expensive though. Employee rentals come with full coverage at no cost for less than the online price. You can rent a really nice cars!

Their health insurance is way too expensive, they have a hard time answering questions if you need help or assistance. Vacation time is great after your first year you get 12 days PTO. You don't really get an employee discount and it is very stingy with what they do offer.

Very expensive. Period. The insurance spiked from $10 per month to like $80 for the cheapest. 401 offered.

Since I was under 21, they did not offer 401k.

Insurance is optional for health care, dental, and vision. Health care is very over priced, it was cheaper to find it else where but you do have the option to add immediate family and spouse. The provider is florida blue, guardian for vision.

Having a set schedule and not traveling was the best benefit,. The worst thing was the health insurance plan, which was way more expensive than it should have been. Sixt is constantly finding ways to cut costs and the insurance program was one of the fist to change. Not only is the insurance plan terrible, but they also do not provide any 401K or Profit sharing program.
