The benefits with this company are great, they are very flexible with your hours and time off, if you need a weekend off a specific date off they will work with you, very rare situations where a request isn't approved.
Te best thing about the benefits package are PTOs and Health Insurance. You recieve 6 PTOs upon fullfilling 6 months with the company and coverage for insurance starts at 80 a month.

Best thing is the PTO. Worst is no short term disability and the medical benefits are expensive.
