The benefits with this company are great, they are very flexible with your hours and time off, if you need a weekend off a specific date off they will work with you, very rare situations where a request isn't approved.

Te best thing about the benefits package are PTOs and Health Insurance. You recieve 6 PTOs upon fullfilling 6 months with the company and coverage for insurance starts at 80 a month.

Increasing PTO each year. Holiday pay. No limit on unpaid time off, even for full-time. Cost of health insurance is the same for part-time/full-time.

They offer healthcare but do not cover any of the cost

The best thing about the benefits package is the amount of PTO days that are given. After 6 months you can get 5 and After 1 year Its 12. Also there is a great employee discount on rentals, and other products and services that Sixt partners with like phone companies.

Best thing is the PTO. Worst is no short term disability and the medical benefits are expensive.
