16 Days of PTO after 1 year and 21 after 3 years.
only offers paid time off and expensive health care
the good thing about it is you travel and get a car
No 401K plans. Full benefits and employee and friends and family discount on rentals
It basic coverage. With everything you may see at least $90 deducted from every paycheck.
Commission is the best thing, but if you are an intern, you get a bonus instead.
I didn't get anything but we did get discounts
it is shift schedule and theres certain amount of pay time off. however the amount of days of pay time off is really minimal for first year
The best benefit is every holiday you work, you can use it as a paid day off in the future.
Sick days come out of PTO (which is fine, but there's not that much PTO to begin with), many bank holidays not observed (Veterans' Day, Columbus Day, etc). Not much incentive to build a long-term career with no stock options, no contribution-matching retirement plan, no pension, etc.
