    The best benefit is every holiday you work, you can use it as a paid day off in the future.

    it is shift schedule and theres certain amount of pay time off. however the amount of days of pay time off is really minimal for first year

    They offer different options for insurance. You can also get free insurance if you would like, which is beneficial. Dental is cheap as well.

    Sick days come out of PTO (which is fine, but there's not that much PTO to begin with), many bank holidays not observed (Veterans' Day, Columbus Day, etc). Not much incentive to build a long-term career with no stock options, no contribution-matching retirement plan, no pension, etc.

    No, I believe all the benefits and 6 days pto days for every 6 mon ths makes us feel good about working. I stayed a whole year to recieve my 16 days pto days that accumulated and/ was given after a year.
