You must past the 60 day probation period before you begin to receive these benefits
There are no questions asked when you need time off. As long as you have the days available and the team has enough to cover the phones, you're good.
The best thing is that once employed for 6 months, you receive 6 days of PTO, after a full year of employment, you receive 12 PTO days
You are entitled for benefits from 60 days only, it`s okay if there is no serious injury.
Vacation time is great after your first year you get 12 days PTO.
You get 8 days pto after 6 mo

Paid time off and bonuses
You are given a lot of PTO days each year that you can accumulate. If you are performing well management is willing to give you more than that as long as you are reasonable, or give you unpaid time off if you need it. You can set your vacation time in advance or only a 2-3 weeks before. If you request it 4 weeks ahead it is practically guaranteed to be approved.
You do receive a decent amount of vacation your first year and it increases every year after.
