Having worked at other law firms since leaving Skadden, I can say the firm's benefits package was a fairly good one. My costs increased at other firms and the benefits weren't nearly as good.
Great benefits and HR Staff.
Great 401k employer matching contributions
The 401k takes 3 years to vest
Generous time off policy. 401K matching if you stay long enough. Gym discounts. Discounts on technology and various retailers. Gym in the building is only for attorneys though, not support staff.
Excellent 401K, health and vacation time, sick days. They contribute I believe 8% to your 401K on top of whatever you contribute.
Excellent benefits, including vacation, insurance, 401K and family leave. There are other issues, but the benefits for attorneys are great. They may now offer sabbaticals after a certain number of years, but that would require double checking. The worst aspect is no 401k matching.
Kind people, smart managers, the firm cares about support staff.
Great benefits and good work life balance
No 401k match until counsel level
