Skechers doesn’t really have that many benefits
I received no benefits but I was on a temporary employment basis. Working on one project, not a full time employee. I have no idea about the details of the full time benefits package at Skechers.
Absolute nothing offered to any part-time employee. Not even vision and dental. Most other companies offer at least that to part-time. You get 50% discount on shoes, 70% off clearance. Not an unlimited amount, they cap you depending on your position. Don't get sick, injured or go on vacation. There is NO benefits to use to get you through. No 401K, no PTO, No sick, No Health, No vision, No dental, No short or long-term disability, No life. Zip, zero, nada!
Health, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation, and personal time (full time only) sick pay for all employees
50% off on the shoes
excellent discount on footwear and plenty of it. limit is very gracious.
Skechers offers 401k, medical, vision and dental to FT employees. Awesome employee discount of 50% off. Quarterly bonuses are great!
ESPP is good, healthcare is good, minimal bonus and low base
Working with Skechers as a sales associate, you only get a part-time position. With part-time, there are no benefits package. The only perk is 50% discount on in store products.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
