Great benefits. Thumbs are up
It is a nice place to work in, I enjoy the social and physical environment. Students and workers are cooperative . Creative Thoughts matter.
This is a review of a student work study job. There are flexible hours and a friendly and inclusive work place. Ability to call in hours before shift starts. I like working here a lot.
Skidmore contributes 10% on top of your salary to a 403b savings plan.
Excellent health insurance and 12% contribution to retirement. Tuition benefits for dependents.
I would say they offer me 401k benefits at the end of graduation, while on the other hand this was only a minimum wage student worker job.
Great health care plan, you can choose your own doctor, relatively low copays Tuition exchange- after working 3 years, your kids can attend Skidmore or hundreds of other schools for free Retirement- they contribute 9-10% of your salary towards retirement.
Skidmore college will match your retirement contributions. The scheduling is very flexible and colleagues are great. There are a lot of work opportunities for students.
There weren't any benefits other than free food from time to time. I can't complain though because it was just a part time position.
There was no benefits package for the tutor position because I worked so little hours.
