Great 401k matching but low time-off accruals (especially for lower level staff) and strict in-office/WFH work environment.

401k match! Generous health care plans. Commuter/parking and wellness/gym membership stipends would be a great addition

Best thing about benefits package is how much the benefits have expanded in the last 5 years. More flexibility in hours/schedule than ever before, and internal/external professional development opportunities. Worst thing about benefits package are the contracted services (health insurance advocate, same day childcare, for example)
