Excellent health insurance and wellness program
Good communication and explanation of overall benefits.
$4.22hr fringe benefit was taken to cover my med ins premiums for Cigna plan which had $2000-$4000 deductables for npp. All benefits are not the same for different worksites and can vary from worker to worker as manager chooses.
Health insurance is pretty okay since they switched companies. Getting all federal holidays off (paid) is a huge bonus. FSA/HRA with a Benny Card is nice. 401(k) gets some contributions to it from the employer but it's never clear at how much they actually put in/it isn't a strict match. Vision and dental are okay.

10 paid holidays per year, two weeks paid vacation after one year of employment and seven paid sick days!
Awesome wellness program, large in-network provider list, and zero co-pays for using the Franciscan Clinic .
Benefits kick in after 30 days which is awesome! Several plans to choose from. Family coverage is just a little on the high cost side. Never had to pay a dime other than a co-pay after seeing a doctor.
