The soda and water is 50 cents; the beer is free. The Skyline HR team is great at answering questions and generally available.
Good flex time, 401k and time off could be better. Bonus program nonexistent and raises are petty. Healthcare is about average.
The 401k match could be better, but Skyline has been working to improve this and there has been improvement in the past few years.
- 3 weeks of PTO starting and increases every year up to a maximum of 6 weeks - The traditional health care plan has very a low deductible and out of pocket maximum - The company will reimburse you for part of your deductible on the HSA plan - 3% 401(k) match - Good paid holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve - Everyone is eligible for the profit sharing bonus - Tuition reimbursement - Flexible work environment
Company Matching is almost non existant
Low 401K match and high health costs are the negatives. Flexible schedule, great culture and other perks make up for it though.
