Because we care about your health and well-being, Sleep Number offers a competitive, high-quality benefits package designed to improve every aspect of your life.
Blue Cross insurance, vacation, 401k, sick time, family medical leave.
I was a contractor
There is no vacation, they give PTO points and you are penalized for small, petty things. No sick pay, must use PTO.
Mediocre to say the least. At one time we has excellent benefits, then the bigger they became the more they took away. Still fighting over benefits and I'm no longer an employee.
They offer great benefits like 401k, and health insurance. Also, stock programs. As a employee, you also receive great discounts on their products.
Expensive monthly and high deductible
I received a $3,000 sign on bonus and an opportunity to purchase a brand new Sleep Number bed for 70% off as long as I purchase it within my first year of employment.
They pay well and it is a laid back call center environment. They need work with logistics for call center business needs and communication to employees
The medical benefit package is outrageous. The company match for 401k is nice though.
The one time employee discount is excellent, but wish there were additional product perks. PTO is great, like that it is posted for all levels and tenures. Medical coverage for family is okay, gets expensive for children under 8 who get sick from daycare. Wish we had a more comprehensive mental health package for common things like grief counseling, anxiety, depression, or address management. 401 (k) contribution is pretty similar to other companies I have worked for. They have a number of internal training programs on leadership and professional development. Every one have attended has been excellent.
