The benefits packages were really expensive and didn't cover much for my needs. 401K and stock options were offered and could be very helpful, but they take 5 years before you can access any of it and if you leave before 5 years, you lose it all. Company retreats and parties as well as training seminars all offered raffle winnings which could include paid vacation, mattresses, and accessories as well as iPads and lots of other prizes. Monthly bonuses if you hit your sales goals were incredible!
PTO is bases on hours worked and tenure, Health benefits are subpar for what you are charged for them. Some employees have found cheaper insurance on their own. 401k is ok. Currently no employer contribution as the macys model is killing profits..
low price cost health insurance for employee but it is very high to cover your family. They also match 401k
You get paid for doing community service, 401 k match
The benefits offered were bare bones, in my opinion, just for the company to say that they offered them. It would have been cheaper for me (for medical) to go through the market place for myself and my wife. This option, unfortunately was not available since I was a full time employee who worked for a company that offered me benefits.
They offer great training programs, great commission and each employee becomes a owner of the company by owning stock.
Besides the usual, customary benefits, the best benefit was the employee discount! An employee can get a below cost discount on very nice beds from Tempurpedic, Beauty Rest Sealy, and more!
Live concerts, spiffs, full medical and denta/vision and 401k plenty of accrued vacation.
401 K matching, multiple choices for health care
Very expensive benefit plan. 401k isn't that great.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
