StarStarStarStarStar Current Store Manager in Salem, Oregon

PTO accrual is pretty good. But good luck getting to use it with all the "blackout" dates listed throughout the year. You will be told its mandatory holiday weekend and have your district leader and market development manager then take that week off....

You earn plenty of time off but, you need to find the right time to take it.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Sales Associate in Sacramento, California

It is a sales job, as a result instances in which you will not be at work are no really encouraged. the paid time off is better then entry level sales jobs such as working at Sears but its nothing to brag about either. Pay is based on performance so i was never told of a limit on sick days or anything however i dont recall having paid sick days.

Only "available" for management. It's frowned upon for a sales associate to take time off.
