“BCBS is widely accepted and out of pocket cost are low!”
“employee match up to 6%”
“3 personal days, 1 community service day, bereavement time off, 15 days a year of PTO (40 yrs carry over year to year)”
401k match, competitive coverage, optional insurance add-ons
Great medical benefits! Flexible spending account for medical expenses and dependent (child care), Dental and vision insurance, addition life insurance plans offered, monthly subsidy towards T and bus passes, fitness reimbursement, 3 personal days, PTO accrued and carried over year to year
Its better than people realize. Had a sickness in the family and the copays and medication was way lower than Ive had in the past. 401K is there but I dont think many people take advantage of it
Health insurance is good. There's a great (additional $30) option that lets you go to most gyms. 401(k) matches 50% but only up to 6%, so that could be better. Would be nice to also see tuition reimbursement.
Best: Snacks, Friday lunch, the PTO hours, athletic reimbursement. Bad: Salary and commission.
Standard benefits and perks. Most health plans have a deductible, but what stands out with SmartBear is that they cover that deductible! We also get to buy new sneakers every year which SmartBear covers as well.
They offered a very competitive benefits package and covered a majority of the healthcare costs.
Great healthcare coverage and 401k plan.
No 401k match and health insurance was mediocre.
Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that our benefits package wasn’t conveyed correctly to you. SmartBear has a 401(k) match of 50% up to 6% of your salary, with no waiting period. As for our health insurance, we try to make our package as comprehensive and competitive as possible, but we are always taking suggestions on how to improve it.
After 5 years one accrues at the rate of 2.08 PTO days per month.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
