    The best thing is that they give you a lot of benefits. (Health,dental, & 401k) The worst thing is they they are shutting down and they gave us a month to find another job.

    They don't tell you, I thought I was suppose to wait till November 15th nope thats for full time or something I was suppose to do the 90 days one for being part time but nope wasn't told.

    The insurance is horrid. The benefits suck. You get better benefits working as a Walmart cashier.

    Smart Styles does offer a health care plan, but you can never afford it with the low pay that you make.

    Worst thing, part time employees don't qualify for insurance. Best thing, after a year part-time employees get paid time off.

    I worked for Regis corporation for 10 years. Smart style pays better than TGF. Plus they have points system and you can really get a lots of stuff in exchange, Benefits are laughable. No one can afford them. You will have no paycheck left. No 401K mach. I and up becoming a Registered Nurse because when you are getting older, you understand how important benefits are.

    The benefits cost more than what you get paid. The benefits are awful! How can you afford to pay for benefits if you only make $7.25/hr-$8.00/hr.?
