You get discounts with att and lots of other places and half off salon products, and you get to get your hair done for free when its slow and you get a week vacation after one year working there.
The health insurance was enough to take near the entirety of my pay. The 401K was ok had I not sunk my whole check into health insurance! Lucky I don't have children

You don't get insurance until a year. There are no bonuses at all. No incentives. They just don't care.
To me the best hing is that they even had one, most salons don't even have one. the bad part is that no one would explain how to even start or how long you had to be there before your benefits started, no one seems to really know.
