“Seems like it is a very nice health insurance package that is offered (from my limited experience) great copays and deductables depending on what plan you go with, and the price per check is not crazy.”
“Work from home is accepted as a norm.”
The benefits are generous considering company size, good options, and a competitive PTO offering.
Unlimited paid time off; health, dental, vision insurance; flexible schedules
Low medical coverage - High deductible
Pretty good benefits.
overall good benefits compared to other silicon valley companies
Many perks, including fitness center (CA) and subsidized lunches.
Best thing: paid 4 weeks leave for birth/adoption.
The benefits are pretty great. SmartThings pays for most of the cost and if I recall correctly, I only have to 16% of the premiums for health, dental and vision insurance.
Took a 911 ambulance ride and hospital-stay-cation and benefits covered most of it.
Good thing is discounted cafe - (Best would have been free food but discounted is still ok). Worst thing is health coverage is expensive.
