We offer both a PPO and an HSA through CareFirst and employees are able to enroll on the first of the month after only 30 days of employment. In association with the Affordable Care Act, benefits enrollment for the 2015-2016 plan year will feature a greater variety of plans.
pretty good for what has been offered due to Obamacare taking the oxygen out of the air.
Glad I'm not the only one here who thinks the insurance is ridiculously expensive. It's good coverage, but for a company this size, it doesn't seem right. I'm paying $150 more/month than I was at a small company with 35 employees, and the coverage is equal...
It is ridiculously expensive. I know people who's family health insurance is cheaper than our individual.
There are two options. An FSA or "regular" plan. The "regular" plan is a good plan, but unreasonably expensive.
Family plan is very expensive
