Employer Summary

We offer both a PPO and an HSA through CareFirst and employees are able to enroll on the first of the month after only 30 days of employment. In association with the Affordable Care Act, benefits enrollment for the 2015-2016 plan year will feature a greater variety of plans.

    It is ridiculously expensive. I know people who's family health insurance is cheaper than our individual.

    There are two options. An FSA or "regular" plan. The "regular" plan is a good plan, but unreasonably expensive.
