All eligible employees receive paid Vacation leave. Vacation leave is accrued per pay period and can be partially carried over at the end of the calendar year to allow for greater control and flexibility. Eligible employees begin accruing leave immediately at date of hire.
You earn PTO, but never get a chance to take it.
Use or lose each year,
the company does not have a pto program for contractors at all. You will have to make your hourly wage work and you are not paid for days you are not at work.
Unused time does not roll over and you aren't eligible for PTO until 6 months of employment. On days like Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, they only dismiss a few hours early.
