Health Insurance has options depending on what you want (if you prefer high or low deductible) and is all around solid. Added 401(k) match a few quarters ago. RSUs that vest quarterly and are awarded regularly. Optional ESPP with industry standard favorable terms. Free membership to BetterHelp (mental health platform) Vacation time could be better, but encouragement from the highest levels of management to use Sick time occasionally as "mental health days" when needed. Remote work supported. If you prefer the office, it is stocked with snacks, drinks/coffee (including COLD BREW). Mix of health and "fun" snack options. 16 week parental leave and culture/encouragement to take the entire time.
