Great stock offering as part of the starting package. I'm not sure why they didn't do it earlier but the company starts their 401k matching program soon. For some reason they don't cover cell phone plans for employees required to travel for work.

Often have health benefits fairs where we can use our benefits such as: having a dentist come in and do yearly cleanings, eye testing, flu shots, etc. here in the office.
Health benefits are quite comprehensive.
Time off is standard, health insurance has high deductible, but can buy up to better plan. Even then, insurance is solidly “ok”, nothing to write home about. Sick time is generous/encouraged when you’re not feeling well, which is great. Also have great parental leave policies - 2 months paid regardless of gender/parental role - if you’re able to take advantage of that. Working hours are flexible as long as you get your work done.
The benefits were nice when I first started, but I feel they've been slowing cutting back to save costs. Still disappointing that there's no 401k matching.
Excellent 401k, and health insurance coverage. Employee stock purchase program is nice, and bonus program is nice as well- up to 10% of your salary.
