It is ok with good culture of work.
I think the best thing is the flexibility
Health, dental, and vision insurance. Telehealth services, Passport access for corporate discounts, volunteer time, 401K, ESPP. Overall, pretty good benefits.
The heath insurance package could be better. The 401K is average to what the other companies offers. The PTO is unlimited if you're a salary employee.
