“No benefits if part time”
“Anthem offers several different packages. This benefit is offered to all management, as well as to team members after 1 year of service meeting the hourly requirements to become eligible. ”
“Tried to take it away in 2017 to make numbers look good for the sale of the company. Disasterous and came back with an improvised employee match. Still an alright deal especially because it’s available to entry level team as well. ”
They were good They help me learn better myself
No benefits for part time. Pay not great
Hardly any on the job training. Expected people to just do things like magic.
I received no benefits for being a part time employee. The atmosphere was great and I loved working there but staffing changes lead to the reason why I no longer work for Smashburger
there were no benefits available.
Average medical, dental, vision. 401K matches but the match was reduced, so it's not as good as it was.
The basic health insurance is expensive and the coverage is very poor.
Great vacation package and benefits
It paid for everything and was very affordable
there was no long-term benefits offered for managers or trainers. I am not sure if the managers do get benefits and like many fast dining, there was a lot of workplace turnover. There was a 15% or so discount on food.
