Providing you with benefit options to meet your needs, and those of your family, is essential to creating Smiles for Everyone®, for employees of Smile Brands and its affiliated dental groups.
Just as we bring smiles to patients by providing them great service using our G3® service platform – Greeting, Guiding & Gratitude – we want our teams to have a great experience when using any of the benefit plans offered by Smile Brands. This year our goal is to improve the experience when interacting with benefit providers and their third-party administrators, as well as making sure there is easy access to the information needed to get the most from benefit plans.

Health benefits available for all Full Time employees
No 401K Matching Expensive and limited healthcare options
Johnson Family Dental which is part of the Smile Brands family in Santa Barbara offers a full benefit package. Ample paid time off, full health, eye, life insurance, dental, and flexible spending account to use for child care. A big plus is a 401K package to save for retirement too! I've been with the company for 20 years and am so fortunate to have been working through the pandemic. I feel secure in my employment which isn't something a lot of people can say these days in these unprecedented times.
They do not match retirement
The best thing is HSA plan. The worst thing is no match for 401k
The dental plan is good. The health insurance. Is expensive, you are better off going to the market place
401k, vacation and time off
The medical/vision benefits are based off of their corporate office location in California so it was very difficult to impossible to find local providers.
The cost of having benefits is to high, not worth having to pay the cost of the benefit package.
No contribution to 401K from company
