We have the opportunity to have all benefits which are good just wish the medical had better deductibles.

Health benefits are very expensive and only cover 70/30 AFTER a huge deductible. No matching of 401K. Some of the benefits listed below are offered because it is required. I’m sure if the law didn’t require some of the things below to be offered, they wouldn’t be. Only the bare minimum and least expensive are offered.
Medical is a high deductible plan and 401K no company match
the benefits package is comparable to others in the market
401(k) does not have a company match and the PTO accrues incredibly slowly.
