Best thing is the ESOP opportunity to share in company ownership.
401k/ESOP is a major plus. Aetna as an insurance provider was a pain to deal with.
Excellent PTO, great healthcare options, 401K solid.
Best - 401K and ESOP. 401k match was amazing. The ESOP has gone up each year. Meh - vacation - you can never use it. Worst - no work from home policy. It is a case by case and has to be approved by your unit director. If they don't like you, you don't get it.
17 days PTO, 1 day for volunteer time, .5 days for religious purposes, 8.5 company holidays
The benefits included everything that I needed and were very fair. I did not have any complaints about the benefits.
Limited PTO, flexible hours to work at home if needed, good healthcare,
17 days PTO to start
Paid time off starts accruing one month after employment starts. Somewhat decent benefits package. 401k matching up to 5% as well, so saving is encouraged.
The benefits are very affordable, and they offer an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), which has performed terrifically.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
