The benefits package is very good and includes medical, dental, and even optical!
everything in this front is great
Best- health care and 401k package Worst- miscommunication between management and corporate
The benefits are great, PPO, free fitbits, $600 annual bonus for getting annual check up and dental check up and walking with your fitbit, and they have pension vested after 5 years in addition to the 401k, gym in building, daycare in building, and cafeteria with starbucks in building
The health insurance is the best. I get paid holidays and vacation. get to invest in 401K, things I didn't have on my other job. I love it all.
The benefits package is amazing family plan of premium health, dental and vision $200 a month and retirement after 5 years 2 weeks paid vacation, 4 floating holidays and sick leave, recently had a baby and enrolled in the maternity program and they sent me a $200 visa gift card a week after i had my baby
Best part of the benefits at Smithfield is the health insurance, hands down. Premium plan for family runs around $200 a month. They also have a pension plan, which is rare today, that you are vested in after 5 years.
the best thing they pay me alot they trained me right they work with me if i have a problem they try to fix it that day are when they had time
Some of the best insurance I've had in a long time. Low deductibles and great coverage with affordable premiums Anthem!
The pay out of the insurance. I feel like I should have to pay anything at all. And the rate are to much for a person that pays.
