Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield not really the best, but could be worse. 401k matching is only 50 cents on the dollar max at about 3%
Increasing costs of health insurance
We didn't get paid time off since myself and the others were interns, but were offered a matching 401(K) plan should we choose to apply there full-time after the internship program. Company perks such as office celebrations were all-inclusive so we were involved in that as well. Hourly pay was solid.
Have to pay $300 extra a month to medical insurance since my wife is able to receive medical insurance through her company, but is using my medical insurance.

Benefits are decent with a lot of flexible options. However, it can get a bit costly for the coverage that is offered. Also, there should be stock purchase options for their employees.
They had sub-par insurance providers
Some nice perks and discounts at certain stores, good telecommute options for employees, medical and health are a little on the high side for premiums and cost. Generous time off and personal time as well as holidays, no paternity leave.
